I first met Ken Pederson while serving on a committee with him. I saw him as good guy with a lot on the ball. Since then Ken has been my "mortgage guy." I've gotten a couple mortgages and done some refinancing with Ken and have recommended him to my family and friends, all of whom have thanked me.
